Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Critical Role gear, but if you aren't satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
